Episode 1: Dare To Be Deliberate with Angee Linsey

Originally a journalist in the both the Army and the Navy, Angee Linsey has worked as a communications professional for corporations and PR agencies. Her podcast Listen in with Angee Linsey which can be found on iTunes profiles communications leaders around the country and how they have risen through the ranks.

Angee is based in Seattle where she leads a boutique executive search firm that focuses on marketing and communications job opportunities. She’s been in business for a decade and loves being an entrepreneur. She has a masters degree in career development and has years of recruiting experience, including working for Starbucks. She loves being a matchmaker for her clients and the candidates. She’s recently launched a series of workshops called Dare to be Deliberate. Her book is soon to be released.

In this episode, Angee shares her story with me (including working as a writer on a cruise ship!) and some of her best career advice for today’s workplace.
